TI Gets Rowdy...

So I'm watching this video and I noticed someone throws a bottle of water at TI, but what I can't understand is why the pants must sag so low. I mean is it just me or does it look like those pants are going to fall down completely? TI is it that serious hun?

He's so little he reminds me of tweety bird. I wonder if he runs with the "Gay Rappers Club." He is trying to be x-tra hard in the video. Just a thought.
