Chaka can blow...even while high!

Chaka starts singing around 1:13. She even has the crackish fidgets (tweaking) going on. I heard that Chaka had a drug problem in her early days, but to see this video really shocks me. The trip is she sings so well even though she is high as a kite. Watch until the very end when Gladys tries to help Chaka to not further embarrass herself.
